Cannot upload delegate spreadsheet for May event

When I try to upload the delegate list for the May summit I get a generic 'Upload failed' message. The file is 240KB CSV — example attached.

Thanks for raising this. Could you share the URL of the page you're on when the upload fails, and confirm which browser you're using? I can see the failed request on our side and want to match it up.
